I wish to offer the leadership experience I have gained from partnering with executives and Boards, to develop and implement business transformation strategies in the financial services industry. My experiences have provided me a good understanding of the opportunities and challenges that Credit Unions navigate to achieve profitable growth and enhance the wellbeing of members and their communities.
I have supported Boards in their governance roles by organizing strategic planning retreats, providing updates to the Risk Management Committee, and using KPIs to monitor and report on strategic plan performance, identifying early warning signals, and recommending actions to manage execution risk.
